Wyoming Valley Health Care System Signs Letter of Intent with Subsidiary of Community Health Systems, Inc.
Rusty Flack, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wyoming Valley Health Care System, today announced the signing of a non-binding letter of intent for the sale of the system to a subsidiary of Community Health Systems, Inc., a hospital company based in Franklin, Tennessee. Flack said that the transaction will provide significant capital for improvements to Wyoming Valley Health Care System’s hospitals and facilities and will help ensure their continued success in providing quality health care for the community. |
